Financial Disclosure and Tuition Transparency Policy
Richmindale College is committed to clear and accurate financial disclosure consistent with applicable federal and state consumer-protection requirements and accreditation expectations. Tuition, mandatory fees, and financial obligations are itemized in this catalog and applicable enrollment documents. Before enrollment becomes binding, students receive a clear disclosure of applicable program costs, payment schedules, refund policies, and any finance charges if such charges apply.
Richmindale maintains material consumer disclosures consistently across the Academic Catalog, Enrollment Agreements, institutional website, admissions materials, and student-facing systems. When a discrepancy is identified, Richmindale corrects the affected disclosure promptly, preserves the more protective student right when required by law or contract, documents the correction, and does not use inconsistent marketing or enrollment language to disadvantage a student.

3 The standard processing time is 3 to 10 business days, while expedited requests are processed within 1 to 2 business days; however, shipping and authentication times are not included in the processing period.
Estimated Costs to Complete a Program
The total estimated cost to complete a program is calculated as the sum of the one-time registration fee, the tuition per credit multiplied by the total number of credits, and the miscellaneous fee per credit multiplied by the total number of credits. Tuition and fees may be revised only through an approved catalog revision, catalog supplement/addendum, or other controlled student disclosure. Changes are prospective unless applicable law requires otherwise. Charges applicable to an executed Enrollment Agreement and its covered enrollment or tuition period will not be increased retroactively. Richmindale provides reasonable notice of material changes, preserves previously earned academic credit and completed coursework, and maintains permanent archives of prior catalog editions and supplements.
