Online Graduation Application
To receive a degree, a student must satisfy requirements related to the semester credits earned, grade point average, program of study, and courses. Academic Advisers are available to assist students with and guide them through the graduation process. Students who have met all requirements for graduation may apply for graduation from the Richmindale website. To apply, login to the Richmindale Student Portal and go to RIMS > Dashboard > Services > Apply for Graduation, or copy and paste the link www.richmindale.com/rims/services/graduation in a web browser.
Manual Graduation Application
Students may apply for graduation manually by downloading the Graduation Application Form from the same page and link mentioned in the online graduation application. Fill the form with the required information and sign all appropriate pages digitally using a software application, such as Adobe Acrobat, or manually using wet ink and scan. Submit the signed copy of the form via email to graduation@richmindale.comusing the students’ registered email.
Graduation Requirements
To obtain a bachelors’ degree, a student must complete the following bachelors’ degree program requirements:
Maintain an institutional GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 system) based on the required courses;

Graduation Application Evaluation and Approval

Upon completion of all requirements, their graduation application is approved, and their degree is conferred.
Conferral of Degrees
Richmindale College confers degrees at the end of each semester. The conferral date is the date on which the student’s degree is officially conferred, which is the date when the student graduation application is approved.
