The current electronic Academic Catalog and effective supplements/addenda are the authoritative published versions. Printed or locally saved copies are uncontrolled after publication.
Governing Catalog
The catalog effective for a student's initial program enrollment ordinarily establishes program requirements, subject to applicable law, approved transition rules, teach-out provisions, and any documented election of a later catalog.
Changes
Material changes are approved, dated, published, and communicated. Tuition and fee changes are prospective unless law requires otherwise and do not retroactively increase charges applicable to an executed Enrollment Agreement and its covered enrollment or tuition period.
Student Protection
If curriculum changes affect enrolled students, Richmindale provides a reasonable completion pathway through course substitution, transition requirements, teach-out arrangements, or another documented academic solution that protects previously earned credit and the integrity of the credential.
Archives
Richmindale permanently archives prior catalog editions and supplements.
