Richmindale itemizes tuition, mandatory institutional fees, estimated third-party costs, payment schedules, refund rights and any mandatory authentication/proctoring charge before enrollment becomes binding.

The registration fee is $100 upon activation of a new program enrollment. It is not charged again solely because a former student is readmitted to the same program unless a new charge is permitted by law and disclosed before reenrollment. Enrollment into a different program is a new program enrollment and may require the published registration fee.

A separate $75 transfer-credit evaluation fee applies when transfer-credit evaluation is requested.

Tuition and fee changes are prospective unless required otherwise by law. Charges applicable to an executed Enrollment Agreement and its covered enrollment or tuition period are not increased retroactively.
