If Richmindale discontinues a program, materially changes its ability to deliver an educational offering, or ceases operations, the College protects enrolled students through a documented teach-out, completion, transfer, refund, or other student-protection plan consistent with applicable requirements.

Richmindale will not newly enroll students into an offering when it cannot reasonably assure delivery of the published education and services through completion.

Student Notice and Options
Affected students receive timely written notice of effective dates, completion or transfer options, tuition/refund consequences, academic-record arrangements, and contacts. Teach-out students receive instruction, services, and materials consistent with the applicable Enrollment Agreement and lawful transition provisions.
Records and Regulators
Richmindale preserves permanent academic records and identifies an appropriate custodian if operations cease. Required notices and approvals are made to the Arizona State Board, DEAC when applicable, and other authorities with jurisdiction.
