Admission approval confirms that the applicant has been approved under the applicable admission process, subject to any expressly documented condition.

When otherwise admissible applicants are awaiting required official prior-education documentation, Richmindale may approve conditional enrollment for no more than one enrollment period and 12 semester credits. Conditional enrollment does not waive admission requirements. Completed Richmindale coursework and grades remain part of the permanent record.

Program enrollment is activated after Richmindale receives the duly signed Enrollment Agreement and confirmed payment of the applicable registration fee. Activation authorizes course registration and academic-system access but does not waive unresolved conditional-enrollment requirements.

No credential is conferred and the student may not progress beyond the published conditional-enrollment limit until required official documents have been received, authenticated, and approved, except where law requires otherwise.
