Current and Conditional Enrollment
Current students are students whose program enrollment remains active. Conditional Enrollment is temporary, does not waive admission requirements, and is limited to one enrollment period and no more than 12 semester credits. A student may not progress beyond the published conditional limit until required official documentation is received, authenticated, and approved.
Contractual Calendar Completion Period

The Enrollment Agreement states a contractual calendar completion period, normally 150% of the program's published duration: six years for bachelor's degree programs and three years for master's degree programs. This calendar period is separate from the SAP maximum timeframe, which is measured in attempted semester credits.

Before withdrawal based on the contractual calendar deadline, Richmindale performs and documents a degree-completion review considering remaining requirements, prerequisites, future offerings, approved leaves or interruptions, enrollment limits, and remaining calendar time. Withdrawal occurs only when completion by the applicable deadline is no longer reasonably possible, subject to lawful extensions.

Readmission and Reenrollment

Readmission is the institutional decision authorizing a former student to return. Reenrollment is the later administrative activation of the new or renewed program-enrollment record after all readmission conditions have been satisfied. Returning students retain the existing Student ID and permanent academic history.

Readmission Categories
  • New Admission: applicant who has never previously enrolled at Richmindale.
  • Readmission: former student returning after prior enrollment ended.
  • Readmission After Academic Dismissal: enhanced academic review and applicable waiting-period/appeal requirements.
  • Readmission with Program Change: new program-enrollment record while preserving the same institutional identity and permanent academic history.
