Course Description
This course introduces the basic concepts, algorithms, problem-solving methods, and applications of artificial intelligence and intelligent systems. This course covers machine learning; neural networks and deep learning; natural language processing; expert systems and knowledge representation; robotics and intelligent agents; evolutionary algorithms; intelligent decision support systems; ethical and societal implications of intelligent systems; and trends in artificial intelligence. This course requires ICT-205 and ICT-301 as prerequisites.
