Course Description
This course explores the financial concepts, methods, and tools used for better financial decision-making in both personal and corporate contexts. This course covers the overview of financial markets and institutions, including money markets and capital markets; concept and time value of money; financial statement analysis; risk and return; securities valuation; capital budgeting; cost of capital; financial planning and forecasting; working capital management; financial markets and investment strategies, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and exchange-traded funds (ETF); technical analysis; corporate governance and ethics; and international finance.
