Course Description

This course explores the processes, theories, and strategies in designing, implementing, and assessing effective educational programs; and planning and developing educational initiatives. This course covers educational planning; needs assessment and stakeholder analysis; curriculum development; instructional design; technology integration in education; assessment and evaluation of educational programs; school crisis management; strategic planning for educational development; innovation in education; and cultural competence in educational planning. This course requires EDU-604 and EDU-605 as prerequisites.
