Course Description

This course explores the principles, strategies, and best practices in managing educational institutions to gain insight on how to lead, manage, and contribute to the success of educational institutions. This course covers the foundations of educational management; organizational structures in education; leadership in educational settings; strategic planning for educational institutions; decision-making and problem-solving; human resource management in education; financial management in education; communication and stakeholder engagement; risk management in education; and quality assurance and continuous improvement.
