Course Description
This course explores the application of leadership principles by understanding human behavior, organizational behavior, team motivations, and the connection between individuals and their organization. This course covers organizational behavior; leadership styles and approaches; methods for establishing guidelines, utilizing talents, allocating personnel, and assigning roles; organization structures; power and politics; workplace conflict; team building and collaboration; change management; strategic leadership; leadership ethics and corporate social responsibility; organizational culture and climate; and talent development and succession planning. This course requires BUS-602 and FIN-601 as prerequisites.
