Course Description
This course explores strategic planning principles, methodologies, and best practices which involve activities in defining an organization’s purpose, setting goals, and laying out a course of actions for long-term success. This course covers the fundamental concepts and importance of strategic planning; environmental analysis; formulation of vision, mission, and core values; goal setting and objective development; strategic models and strategy formulation; strategy implementation; monitoring and evaluation; strategic change management; and strategic communication.
