Course Description

This course explores the principles, methodologies, and practices involved in implementing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS). Quality Management System is a quality framework that defines standard processes, policies, and procedures based on best practices for ensuring that an organization consistently delivers products or services that meet customer requirements and expectations. This course covers ISO standards; QMS implementation; process mapping and improvement; quality auditing; risk management; continuous improvement; supplier quality management; and performance metrics and measurements.
