Course Description

This course explores the key principles, processes, and tools used in the management of global supply chains which involve the integration of different business functions to synchronize business supply and demand. This course covers supply chain strategy and design; demand planning and forecasting; strategic sourcing and procurement; inventory management and optimization; logistics and transportation management; warehousing and distribution strategies; supply chain integration and collaboration; globalization and international trade; supply chain technologies and digitalization; sustainability and corporate social responsibility; and risk management and resilience in supply chains. This course requires BUS-101 as a prerequisite.
