Course Description

This course explores the concepts, processes, and tools in sales management, and how it relates to marketing. This course covers selling strategies, sales forecasting, effective communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, persistence, consumer behavior, and the technologies used to help maximize sales. This course requires BUS-101 as a prerequisite.
