Course Description

This course provides an understanding of the influence of behavior as one of the factors to consider in working in organizations. This course covers topics such as the key concepts and terminology related to organizational behavior, politics, influence, roles and interaction of group and team members, relationship between job satisfaction and job performance, as well as the relationship between human resource function and organizational development. This course requires BUS-102 as a prerequisite.
