It is the responsibility of the students to secure and maintain the required technology and resources to be successful in their online classes in Richmindale College. These are the minimum technology requirements that apply for all students of distance education courses:

1. Windows 10 or higher, or a Mac with a currently supported operating system
2. Broadband Internet capability
3. Soundcard & speakers
4. Current Internet web browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge

Course functions such as announcements, gradebooks, assignments, quizzes, and exams are all accessed within the learning management system used, which is Google Classroom. Moreover, individual programs and courses may have additional technical and/or software requirements. Contact the instructor for additional information on their requirements.
